Introducing the Filtare SEIII for Eurorack
I want to introduce a new product we've been working on. It's a VCF module for Eurorack synthesizers. It is a 4-pole multimode filter that offers low-pass, band-pass and high-pass outputs. It's a bit unique in that it makes all these modes available simultaneously from a single-core filter.
The SEIII also has a notch output which essentially gives you a mix of the LP and HP outputs. The balance between LP and HP is controllable either by a knob or by a control voltage.
The filter is based on SSM2040 architecture but is built using discrete components (no filter-on-a-chip). In tests so far it sounds really good.
As mentioned earlier the SEIII is for Eurorack. It requires a +/-12V power supply and is 8HP wide.
For more specs and features, check out the main site.
I'll try to get some sound samples posted so you can here what this new toy sounds like.

We're still waiting on some parts. Mostly knobs. Knobs are slow.
