Support
Division 6 offers limited email support for its products. We reserve
the right to discontinue this support for any reason.
Warranty
All products sold by Division 6 are warranted against manufacturning
defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty
does not cover damage caused by customer negligence or improper
installation, nor does it cover any product not sold by Division 6. For
third-party products, additional manufacturers' warranties may apply.
Product Availability
Orders are generally shipped within 1 week of being placed, but may
take longer due to product availability. If a product is not available
for delivery within 15 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to
cancel your order and receive a full refund. If products become
available for delivery at different times we reserve the right to
deliver them in stages.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If upon receipt of an item you determine that it does not meet your
needs or it is not as described, you may return it within 7 days for a
refund of the purchase price. Item(s) and associated packaging must be
undamaged, not yet installed, and in resellable condition.
Price Protection
Division 6 offers a price protection policy. If you purchase a product
and we lower the price within 7 days of placing your order you may
contact us via email and we will refund the difference.
Price Matching
Division 6 does not currently offer price matching.
Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products.
However, Division 6 does not warrant that product descriptions or other
content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or
error-free. If a product offered by Division 6 is not as described,
your sole remedy is to return it within 7 days of purchase.
Liability
Division 6 shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused by any
of our products or information presented on this Web site.
